WHY MUSLIM WOMAN SHOULD DRESS IN LEGISLATION?
The [Muslim] woman must cover her entire body from the gaze of all men except her close relatives (mahrams), as Allah reveals (interpretation of the meaning):
"And they do not reveal their adornment, except to their husbands, their fathers, the father of their husbands, their sons, the sons of their husbands, their brothers, the sons of their brothers, or the sons of their sisters" Surah An-Nour - verse 33
Allah the Most High also says (close translation):
“O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their veils over themselves, so that they may be recognized more quickly and will not be offended. Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.” Surah Al-Ahzab - Verse 59
Allah the Most High also says (close translation):
“If you ask them for anything good, do it behind a veil” Surah Al Ahzab – verse 53
THE veil therefore corresponds to anything that allows cover the woman whether it is a wall , a door or a garment .
Although this commandment is addressed to women of the prophet ﷺ, however, it concerns all Muslim women , because the rest of the verse provides the reason why this law was legislated , when Allah declares (interpretation of the meaning) : "That is purer for your hearts and theirs."
Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah, may Allah have mercy on him, stated in Majmu' al-Fatawa (22/110, 111):
" There tunic ( jilbab ) corresponds to the coat ( malâa ), this is what Ibn Mas'ud calls the overcoat ( ridâ ), while it is commonly referred to as the bottom or the cape ( izâr ). It is a long cape which covers the head and the rest of the body . According to Abu 'Ubaidah and other scholars, the woman puts it on over her head and does not lets appear that his eyes as, in principle, for the veil or the scarf which cover the face ".
At the level of the prophetic tradition, a certain number of hadith confirm that the woman must veil THE face in the presence of a stranger .
In Islam the women is a jewel which must be preserved with the veil , by hiding all parts of his body with his veil including the face .
*(There are many verses and hadiths that speak of the obligation of the veil)

According to the collection of Muslim, the Prophet ﷺ said:
"There are two occupants of Hell whom I will not see [in my lifetime]; women who are clothed but unclothed, who sway their hips and are attractive. They will not enter Paradise and will not smell its odor.
And men with whips shaped like cows' tails, which they use to beat the servants of Allah."
